Question about Tobriama

Does he also have a space time ability in this rp? Cause I remember Minato saying somewhere that Tobriama was also skilled in S/T ninjutsu. Just wondering cause I was going to make a Tobriama bio and didn't want to mess up and put Space time on specialities. Aaaaand, I may have had some S/T Customs in mind >.> <.<

Tobirama have both Edo tensei and S/T. Minato stated that Tobi were more skilled than both Minato and Tobirama.

Nope, it is just another basic bio that can be made by anyone.
I think RP Mods would need more solid proof other than basing it on feats mentioned by other characters within the manga, they would need to see him use it within the manga which will lead his bio to receive restrictions which would be posted here

yes minato compared tobirama space time ninjutsu with his own, just we havent seen tobirama jutsu in action.
