If you kill the person that you will marry, will you be able to marry to marry another person? because in the game I was gonna marry a girl and then I changed my mind and wanted to marry another one so I killed her and now every time I talk to some random girl the option to marry her doesn't come op =/ I don't really care about marrying anyone now but I need to get the achievement.

to my knowledge you can, so long as you do their quest to unluck that option and wear the amulet again to get the option.

the easiest one that comes to mind is one that roams the whiterun market area. she tells you to get her mammoth tusks so she can join a caravan, easy and quick quest.

Yeah I know her and even when I have the tusk and talk to her she still says the same thing, :S I think my game is gliched.

No, you can't marry more than once in Skyrim. Of course if you have the PC version and use console then that can easily be changed.
