[Question] Question about showing/hiding user customizations

I keep user customization off but every once in a while, it resets back to showing user customizations. Did I accidentally press the wrong button or does it reset automatically after a given time period?

There is only one button to press... Either you press it or you don't. Either it is on... Or it's off... Either it's green... Or it's red, lol.
