People never really die when it comes to Hit points and chakra is never really a problem. Its about landing a successful attack which would kill/incapacitate the opponent.

However, if you're still concerned with this, check out the sticky threads in the RP section. Read all of them and you'll know everything you need to.

In our RP, we don't use the chakra/health chart anymore. If you land a blow/use a jutsu strong enough, you can kill or restrain your opponent. Those jutsu are normally the ones with great piercing ability, brute force, shocking/burning ability etc. Each jutsu has it's own rank which determines the damage it is capable of doing and the amount of chakra it takes up, so most S Rank jutsu are able to kill. If you want the chart anyway, you can see it on or below.

RANKS
Genin Rank: 300 Chakra | 350 health
Chunin Rank: 500 Chakra | 600 Health
Special Jounin Rank: 700 Chakra | 750 Health
Jounin Rank: 800 Chakra | 850 Health
S-Class Ninja Rank: 1,000 Chakra | 1,000 Health
Sannin Rank: 1,200 Chakra | 1,250 Health
Kage Rank: 1,400 Chakra | 1,450 Health
Sage Rank: 1,800 Chakra | 1,850 Health
Grim Rank: 2,000 Chakra | 2,000 Health
Even if we did use it, it would be difficult to arrive at the chakra limit since the chakra for one jutsu can be from 10-50. To reach the limit that battle would have to be really long. As for the health, even though so much health points are allowed, some jutsu, for example the Chidori has a damage level of 60. If I hit someone with that, even if they have 2,000 health they'll die. The 60 just can't be subtracted from 2,000, if that was done the person would still be standing like nothing happened.
