Basic science? What the heck. You obviously cannot answer the question when we are talking about PHYSICAL attacks. Which is what the technique does to repel.

I believe the rotation was used to stop Juubi spikes. So I see no valid reason for an experienced Hyuuga not being able to repel, or at the very least stop it before it hits them. So please stay on topic. Thank you

It's called fundamental forces (basic science), physical attacks are Force Related and you saying I'm of topic is a weak way to evade the facts.

But I understand, everyone doesn't know when a moment of informality can be a teachable moment.

Your basically saying that anything can be repelled by a Hyūga. lol

Actually since forces causes an equal and opposite reaction (newton's third law), if rotation can cause a repulsion, in theory the force one exerts on it will be felt back by the user and its like punching a wall.

I'm saying physical attacks can be repelled. Though kunai, juubi spikes, etc,. can too, which puts the technique on edge for most weapon users. Your argumentation is weak because the rotation arguably sends the power back at whomever is disrupting the rotation itself. That includes chakra educed attacks released by a physical force, right?

Only if Sakura focuses chakra on her forehead and headbutts rotation.

the AoE of their punch is larger than rotation

this is a ''oxymoron''. punch can't have AoE
maybe U mean ''colateral damage''
AoE is an application of energy trasmission & proliferation thru the air.

it then becomes a fallacious comparison when U try to apply that damage resulting from a point-blank hand strike to the ground, to the damage coming from a projectile, as the air offers no resistance to the transmission.

If tsunade punches the air...
if tsunade punches lake water...
if tsunade punches rotation...

The only think i Know is both Sakura and Tsunade mid diffs any Hyuga bar Hiashi and ur oxymoronic statements trying to downplay feats of mots char is changing nothing.
All they need to do is Punch the Ground rather than the rotation user

My argument isn't weak though and it can be supported by science which I have pointed out.

They cannot repel a force or attack that is strong than their technique.

You honestly have no idea what you are talking about. When the rotation repels the attack of their nature.

They would get repelled back with a far deal of damage.

I would either kill the Hyugga, destroy the rotation, or plummid the rotation user in the ground like a bullet,

Susanoo is a greater defense . I'm sorry their chakra isn't getting repelled to to great and released to fast for even the most skilled gentle fist user. Cherry blossom impact >>>>>>> than the force of gentle fist

Once again, gentle fÍST is not about destructive force to begin with. Go google next time.

Seeing as how their strength is based on releasing chakra to boost the power of their attacks, yes, rotation would be able to reple that released chakra, leaving only a regular punch not powered by chakra. And that would obviously not make it through Rotation.

Not really, rotation couldn't deflect all of Kurama's chakra so neji took damage.

Neji wasn't in a full rotation at that point

Unless sakura's punch is stronger than the juubi's tail it would get deflected back.

Neji and hiashi both did half the work but juubi still exerts enormous force, able to deflect bijuu dama and bijuus with its hands.

A primary mistake people are making here that Kaiten actually deflects the attacks in angles ... not push back. The chakra field generated by the kaiten is basically like a slippery shield ... the attacks just 'slips' around its circumference ... which is why it is a 'rotation', not a chakra shield.
