Question about NB RP

Ok so i read through the rules and such and i am just a little confused.

My question is can i create a totally new naruto character to roleplay with and have some type of release or kekkai genkai or what not? If not am i only able to use characters that exist in Naruto?

you cant make a bio yet, you need to have 50 posts. you didnt read the rules, you said you did just so you get answers

anyways...you cant make a bio until you have 50 posts and yes..you can have any character..but you cant automatically have kekkai genkai, or sharingan or something. You must train for them...or that skill...

You can create a custom character that was not in the naruto anime, however there is an unwritten rule where only one person can have another anime character unless they get permission from the current holder.
Like for example if you want to make luffy bio you need their permission unless they drop it and no one else has it. Then you don't need permission and are free to make the bio.
As for KG there is rules for them all pretty much. Just look over them before making a bio.

When you make a bio, a Canon bio can only have KG's. Unless you make one in Suna, then you can make a canon with Swift.
