so the question is the same as hirako asked, WHEN DID AIZEN USE KYOKA SUIGETSU´S POWER? i mean if it would be from the start, ichigo would LOGICALLY stop everyone from attacking hinamori, right? any ideas anyone?

I think he could of released the power at any moment starting from when he was blocking attacks with his sword. But maybe made it so that only the captains/vizards got caught but not ichigo.. Idk

well, ichigo couldn´t be under kyoka suigetsu cause he never seen it, + ichigo could always see where aizen is when they were fighting, so he could have warn them that they are fighting hinamori, i mean, if she was in that kira´s barrier, so aizen HAD to change with her in SOME POINT
