when you create a clan can you have a kaka genkai or ablity that has to do with the eyes like the Sharingan but not copying with its own effect and defect

really why im not trying to copy or make scaled down ones i jest want a visual based that has nothen to do with the other ones
To create a custom clan you need to be a Sage (10.000 posts and pass the sage mission). Once that is accomplished, you submit your custom clan. Your custom clan can have a KG created by you. However, that KG can't be a Dojutsu or based/ripped from cannon ones.
