i was wondering, idk if u can make ur own element, but i was wondering can i make a jutsu for Metal/Steel Release. ?

Yes you can make your own element
Custom elements thread:
You can only make steal release jutsus if you have a bio that originates from Iwagakure and have learned steal release but then after you learn steal release it counts as a kelkke genkai.
