Who's side are the members of Xcution on? Were they always on Ginjo's side or did Ginjo trick them too?

Yea good point. I think that only Ginjo and the guy that uses book of the end fullbring [forgot his name Tsuk something] are partners. Only Ginjo and book of the end guy were in on this plan.

So...to answer your question, I think that once Ginjo let book of the end guy use his fullbring on him, he then tricked the members of Xcution into training Ichigo to bring out his fullbring. Ginjo and book of the end guy wanted power, but I think the other members want to get rid of their powers [hence complying with Ginjo to train Ichigo]

Ginjo was under book of the end guy's fullbring effect the entire time so he was evil to begin with. I don't think the other members of Xcution got put under book of the end guy's fullbring effect until later when Ichigo meets up with Ginjo and and Ginjo tells him what happened.
