True, if we want to get technical, the Uchiha Clan along with the Senju descended from Indra and Ashura, the sons of the Sage, and their transmigrants Madara and Hashirama formed the leaf village, you can't get more royal than that. Sasuke is also a transmigrant of Indra, and the last of the Uchiha, the Uchiha King, since Sakura married him, that makes her Queen.
