Queen?! I don't understand

So I see post saying Sakura is "Queen" Sakura which is fine and all for her fanbase but in versus threads or debating threads they use the term in ways that make it as if Sakura really is canonically a Queen

I don't understand..... how could she be one?

Not once was she addressed as this are any other high caliber nickname


She isnt descened from royalty, she didn't have parents who were Kages, she isn't from a well known bloodline, heck she doesn't even own property if Gaiden is to go by


Tsunade was called Princess due to her Family tree of Kages, Hinata was adressed as Byakugan Hime from Hamura himself and was addressed as Hinata-sama by a bunch of people. Even Temari is more suitable as being called one but Sakura just rises to Queen lol
