BASIC RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament.
• By default, the basic universal battle rules will be applied.
• You may use any Customs and skills your bio is permitted to use, including those learned.
• All players start mid-range from each other ( 10 meters ) in a plain field with a 50m radius with a river encircling it.
• A battle lasts max 6 days with a 2 day reply limit. If 2 replies are not made on each side, then the fight will either be voided or extended or the Mod in charge of the Tournament will make a decision on who progresses.

Will be using Angel for this fight.

Angel golden locks would flow through the vicious wind his opponent would mock his late coming with his orbs wrapped around his neck as an necklace, though he was upheld by mysterious circumstances that he could only put down to destiny "mysterious things happen all the time my fair lady though allow me to make up for lost time" Angel would want to advance the battle off to a blast due to him already have his foe waiting a long period. Angel would activate the clamps by flexing in a motion that held his leg weights on causing them to drop and him move at his faster running speed. "Ah that was nice now lets have some fun" Angel would sprint backwards at a blinding pace being a blur to Isabella he would gather a large amount of his star charka at the same time as he began moving and have in swirl out in a massive violent purple hue this would envelop him as it formed a dragon that would form up into the sky 25 meters, This would then begin to dive straight at Isabella as Angel would begin to arc to the right maintaining the distance from them not knowing the strength of the woman's power he decided to test it before putting a plan in motion.

Feeling an menacing aura from this Isabella he would want to make sure he had a great aid at his side as this battle just began and he would be a shift in this battle but he decided to go against it and summon him in his dire need. He would choose to quickly weave two handseals and manifest a portal above Isabella as she was busy with her perception and line of sight on the dragon and tracking Angel. This would drop torrents of large burning snakes above Isabella that he would weave and control with his hand gestures making it extremely difficult for Isabella to avoid. "Lets see if you are fight or flight my pretty little birdy" Angel in an sarcastic tone seeing if he could get under his foes skin early; the atmosphere would become tense almost like it was visible and left a strong stench on the anticipation of what Isabella could do as it was left brooding.

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 15 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.
Note:
-Discord Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-Harmony Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-A target can only be targeted with a single orb at a time.

(Kaihou Kasugai) Automated Clamps(Passive)

Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manor to passively release the weight giving them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other then releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.

( Kujaku Myōhō - Ryu ) - Mysterious Peacock method - Dragon

Description: The user will channel their star chakra and have it completely envelop them in a dark purple aura and shoot up into the sky. The chakra will form a serpentine like dragon and wrap its lower body around the user. Upon being created, the user can passively control the dragon to have it dive and attack or release powerful blasts of star chakra equivalent to A-rank (once per turn). The user may also chose to have the dragon grow wings to elevate the both of them, however they can only fly as fast as their current speed. Due to the use of all the user's star chakra, the user cannot use any other Mysterious Peacock technique while this is in play. The dragon may remain on the field a total of 4 turns and doesn't require the user to have previously activated the Mysterious Peacock Method. However once this technique ends, the user's body will have sustained so much damage that they will only be able to use the Mysterious Peacock Method once afterwards (if possible) and for a total of 4 turns instead of five.
Note: If the user was using their Mysterious Peacock Method technique when using this, they will collapse unable to use above A rank techniques for 3 turns. This technique can only be used once per battle.

(Katon: Moeru hebi no kiba) - Fire Release: Burning Snake Fang

Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Note: May be used two times per battle overall.
Note: If combined with a wind technique in it's second form it will be considered a fire/wind combo. Combined with a fire technique just creates a stronger fire.
Note: No fire jutsu above A rank in the following turn.

Isabella would witness the evasion of her opponent, as her burgundy eyes turn into the navy flames of Shinkaigan and then the cosmical galaxy of the Uchuu Shinkaigan. With no protection from her eyesight ( nor mention of averting one's eyes ), the void-peering eyes would drain back 5 and 10 sanity points, through the passive succession of Shinkaigan then Uchuu Shinkaigan. Simultaneously, with her tracking increased peerlessly, she would link together 5 handseals, breading outwards a blazing fireball, suffused by a dark entity of Yin energy. The torrent ball of fire would explode outwards against the incoming Dragon, slaying it first with the venomous touch of the Hungry Ghost, cutting back its might by 20 damage points, and then neutralizing it whole in a firework of red and orange flames and purple star energy. By then, though, the eerie dark ghost would have instantly pierced through Angel's spirit, attaching it's -20 damage drawback to him directly.

(Dōjutsu: Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Abyssal Eyes ( Passive )

Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Without the Shinkaigan exposure to the Void and Shinkaigan Dōjutsu causes one to lose Sanity; though, like a double-edged sword, the Shinkaigan user also suffers a loss of Sanity. But because their eye allows them to perceive and cognize the Void differently from other humans, they lose Sanity at a slower rate. In the left eye the Shinkaigan allows the user to visually perceive lifeforce and lifecycles of anything, including inanimate objects. It derives this ocular power through the nature of the Void itself. The right eye allows the Shinkaigan wielder to view the Void as a physical space, perceiving it not as a point in time but a location. The wielder gains enhanced visual acuity, able to track targets at four times their speed. Though unlike other Dōjutsu it lacks the ability to perceive chakra. Activation of the Shinkaigan grants the user access to their Voidseer Dōjutsu, affording them the ability to use powerful temporal and spatial abilities.
Note: The user is able to passively activate the Shinkaigan after holding the Dōjutsu for one month.
Note: Gazing directly into the Shinkaigan causes a loss of 5 Sanity per turn unless the user also wields the Shinkaigan. Those who have completed Taijutsu training can avoid these effects by breaking eye contact with their opponent.

Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. Once they have mastered their abilities a Cosmic Shinkaigan user becomes able to specialize in either the Shinkaigan’s Spatial or Temporal powers, pursuing a line of abilities they unlock as their proficiency with the Cosmic Shinkaigan increases. As a Shinkaigan user has innately greater mastery over their abilities and knowledge of the Void they gain an intrinsic 50% Insanity Resistance.
Note: Once activated the technique will remain active indefinitely afterwards, able to be switched between the Shinkaigan and Cosmic level at will.
Note: After the user has held the Cosmic Shinkaigan for two months they are able to activate it passively.

Description:
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

Angel's next move would then be easily dealt with by the flames of decay. Upon opening the portal, the showering fire snakes, sufficiently weakened, would find their path obstructed by a cylindrical golden wall, which would consume them in a hellish maelstrom of black and gold flames upon contact. By Isabella's command, the cylinder would grow exponentially, lengthening parallel to the ground until it crashed towards the Star Chakra wielder, dooming him to an excruciating demise of pure decay.

±Ibiton: Anun'naki no Handan | Decay Release: The Judgement of Anunnaki±

Description:
Using the secondary release of Ibiton, the user will form (after one hand seal) a tridimensional object on his his palms (though not touching them; it maintains itself a few centimeters away from the users hand), either one or both, which he will then move and shape, with the use of his hand gestures, made purely of the secondary release of Ibiton. As such, this object manifests in a light golden translucent color with a black hue (whose overall color, brightness and aspect may vary slightly from user to user) and can take any form the user needs at that time. The main characteristic of the technique is that the object can expand to form enormous constructs, from gigantic cubes, to lengthy cylinders, though always spanniing from the users hands/palms outwards. The length, size and overall form of the technique varies according to the users needs and his input of chakra. When creating an object with a big size and using both palms, the user can, once the object is created, manipulate and wield it/sustain it with only the use of one palm. The speed of expanding the construct is very fast, specially if used to form a lengthy object (which will create a "beam-like" attack towards the target as it expands forwards) and the object will first manifest partially only to grow and expand itself up to Long range, forming itself completely. The object can be sustained, moved and grow or decrease in size once created but cannot change in form. Also, because of the balance needed to create and sustain it, the object will always follow basic geometrical laws (for example, a cube, to be maintained as a cube and expand, will always expand in equal proportion in all directions, thus maintaining its cubic form; a cylinder will always be circular in its cross section, etc etc). The object will last as long as chakra and focus is spent to keep it. This makes it very useful as a weapon for example or as a stream-like/beam-like attack or even a static defense. Upon contact with anything, it will decay it upon its path while it expands and what is not on its direct path but has made contact with the construct will be "infected" with the "flames" of the main release of decay which will spread rapidly on that object, following the elements description.

Note: The growth speed is more or less the same as that of a similar ranked lightning technique thus always faster than a fire or wind technique.
Note: While sustaining it the user can only mold Fire, Lightning (or elements made of both) or Decay natures and will have at least one hand occupied, preventing the use of handseals.
