Let's say you stand on the left wooden bridge, while I stand on the right one.
He was meeting his pupil after 3 long years. Death was curious and excited at the same time, to know how far the boy had reached. The last time they met, was is Jomaegakure, where Death left him with other boys of his age.
No time for pleasantries, Keji. Show me what you've got. I hope letting you live wasn't a bad decision.
Dressed in his usual battle attire, Death waited for his student to start, as he kept his hands on the hilt of his scythes. Dust, in its crow form, simply sat on Death's shoulder watching the boy.

Description : Seven years ago, Azrael tracked down an ancient artifact, a crystal ball which was long forgotten in an ancient war in a cave near the now-Kirigakure borders. Designed by the Elves of Valinor in the Uttermost West, the crystal ball is meant to be used both as a weapon and a tool of disguise on journeys. It contains all the knowledge that the owner and the previous owners acquired throughout their journeys. That is why it is known to be omniscient to an extent. The legends about this crystal ball say that it had a living soul of the original user in it. No one ever questioned it, as the crystal ball would simply move on its own accord and not listen to its owner, if he were weak or deemed unworthy of controling it. But atleast it was safe to assume that the crystal ball was a sentinent weapon. This spherical crystal ball, with the size of a human head had a snowy-cloudy white color and it would change its color and appearence inside it to show whatever the user wished. This helped Azrael to infiltrate various villages, disguising himself as fortune-teller. Azrael would ask the enemies to concentrate in the crystal ball, which would capture them off-guard in genjutsus reliant on the orb and allow him to pass through freely. The crystal ball, is capable of communicating telepathically with the user. Also, being a sentinent tool, it could see the world through its crystal surface and transmit the information to the owner as the owner's vision was directly linked to it. It could also telepathically communicate with the user, in order to share its wisdom. However, this is secondary to its main ability, which is to hover in the air. By passively absorbing chakra from the user (10 chakra per turn), the crystal ball could float in the air, near and far from the user according to his wishes. The ball, carries the user's chakra in it and so, can perform various elemental and non-elemental techniques. Being made of some unknown material, this ball is quite strong and is indestructible.

Description: Using the ability to make changes to its body, the crystal ball shape shifts to form various entities. From a snake to a bird, from a fish to a human skull, it can shape itself to form anything; but never exceeding its own size and volume. The advantage of using this technique is that, when assuming a form, it takes on the advantages of that form while retaining its normal abilities. The weapon being so old, and having passed on from various masters, with various abilities, it has picked up some talents which it can use now. For example, a shark (though a small one) will have sharp teeth, can rip out the flesh of the opponents, can swim in water at very high speeds (comparable to canon sharks) etc. If it chooses to be a snake, it will have all the ability of a snake (heat and vibration perception etc.) in addition to having the ability of travelling at good speeds through earthen structures. A bird will have its own ability with an addition of travelling at high speeds through windy atmosphere and likewise. However note that, Dust does not gain the special abilities of the said animals (spewing venom etc.). By mimicking the animal, Dust gains their unique ability as it is an omniscient and a living weapon, allowing it to learn things at an alarming rate. A special ability that the weapon achieves in this form is that, being a sentient weapon, it can communicate with animals by posing as one of them. This makes it easier to track down opponents over the Ninja World a bit easier. Also, an interesting fact that was noted is, summoned animals usually don’t attack the weapon when it poses as one of them, as they consider it as one of their kind, leaving the opponent to attack the weapon himself.

* The weapon can turn back to its normal form whenever it feels like (similar to water substitution ) However, to move to another form, it needs to use this technique again.

"Don't worry Ikiru is safe." Keji grips his sword with his right hand and aims his left hand at Death. Channeling raiton chakra into it causing it to glow a pale yellow; Keji then fires off a electrical attack in the shape of a horn. "I have something to ask you after we finish this." Keji then draws his sword and awaits the coming counterattack.

Death looked at the boy in disbelief as he channeled some weak lightning chakra into his hands. That's not how you start the battle against someone of Death's caliber. Was he mocking Death?
As the boy released the horn shaped bolt, Death swung Redemption vertically, releasing a whirlwind of sharp wind. The whirlwind would easily destroy the bolts, and travel towards the boy, while disturbing the water in the lake. Should the boy not defend it correctly, he would be left with sharp cuts all over his body.

Seeing the bolts disipate in front of him Keji slams his left hand onto the ground creating 1/4 of a dome in which the wind breaks upon. Keji then proceeds to draw his sword pointing it straight ahead at where Deaths last location was and channels chidori through it. This chidori shoots through the partial dome piercing Death in the shoulder paralyzing him. Not sure if he had successfully hit him or not Keji replies "It's a job offer but we can talk more on that later when this match is over." Keji waits and listens for any signs of movement or response.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

The boy dug his own grave when he decided to bock his own vision. The moment the boy constructed the dome shaped structure, Death created a blunt pillar made of earth, to emerge from under his feet, that would raise him and launch him towards the boy at high speeds. Death would be launched from one wooden bridge, to the other.

As the lightning attack pierces the earthen dome, it crushes its structure, opening up Keji's cover. The boy would suddenly see a gigantic structure coming from above, as he freezes in place. Death's shadow connects with the boy's as he breaks open his own defense, rendering him paralyzed and unable to move. Death would land beside the boy and take out his scythe before placing it against the boy's neck and mocking him.

As Keji launches his chidori through his dome shattering it only to see that nothing was there. He then notices a pillar and large shadow above him "!@#$." Before he could react he realized he couldn't move and notices his shadow was merged with Death's "Well this was unexpected." Death puts his scythe to Keji's neck an mocks him. Keji smiles and opens his mouth emitting a lightning spear from it piercing Death through the chest. This spear created a light source that removed the shadows. Keji now free of the shadows grabs Deaths spear and increases it's weight by 100x making it unusable for a short amount of time. Keji then channels raiton through his sword one more time and slashes Death multiple times numbing his body. Keji jumps to the center island. "I'ts not a mission it's an actual job or a partnership so to speak."

The boy still breathed thanks to Death's mercy, and yet he dared to smile? Death saw the boy open his mouth wide to release what it seemed to be a lightning technique. Impulsively, Death looked right, making the boy turn his head towards his own right. The lightning would be released away from Death's body as Death manipulates the shadow underneath the boy to create a hand made of shadow, to climb up his body, and strangulate him.

With the boy suffocating, Death would put a nice little cut on the boy's cheek with his scythe, making blood ooze out, before kicking him on his stomach with his giant left leg and knocking him into the water. All during this action, the boy would still be looking towards his right.

As Keji tries to counter Death his head turns unexpectedly and his jutsu misses. "Well this is unexpected." Death begins choking Death with his shadow and speaks; this was followed by cutting Keji's cheek and kicking him into the water. Keji resurfaces and stands on the water. "Cute cut. Back to what you said. Partnership doesn't have to be between equals take the shark and the remora for example. The shark is much stronger and more powerful than the shark but still works with the remora. In this case you would be the shark and I the remora." Keji walks close to the center island and slams his hands on the ground forming a small volcano which slowly spews lava onto the field. The lava is moving very slowly making it not a threat to either party. Keji using the heat of the mini volcano to dry himself off begins to speak once more. "I know I am not able to win this battle yet. It would be ridicules for me to think so at my level but I am here to learn; which I am so your move." Keji watches Death.
