Puppets?

I forgot but can a custom bio use puppets and if they can who teaches puppet jutsus and what are the restrictions? (If any restrictions)

yes custom guys can use puppets but only customs unless you hav special permission.i belive senseis with puppet bios can teach those but i dont know if any sensi is using them

you get puppets by default if you're from the Sand (Crow, Black Ant, Salamander). and there's no puppet sensei so you get the jutsu's too if there's no special restriction like Sasori's jutsus, etc...

I don't know, ask Caliburn or any other RP mod. When i made my bio I asked almost the same from him, this was the answer:

"Yes you can have a custom puppet user bio, but no you can't just use all the puppets. If you're from Suna you can have crow, black ant and such, however for others like the Chiyo's white puppets you need to have her bio.

You can also make custom puppets."
