I'd go with Sasuke. His sharingan was fully developed and he would have the curse mark for extra physical strength and stamina.

You know that this is during Kakashi Gaiden, when he just recieved the Sharingan like right after Obito died, which was at the end.

He didn't copy or have all the jutsu he has now, nor did he have Raikiri, or a better master of Sharingan (wll that could be argued)

By rank, kakashi should be stronger than sasuke, but by feats, pretimeskip sasuke should be stronger than kakashi even after he gets the sharingan. Why?

Sasuke can use chidori more than kakashi.
Sasuke has a better sharingan than kakashi
Sasuke has Cursed seal lvl2, and has a lot more experience using the sharingan and chidori than kakashi.

Curse Mark level 2 will destroy Younger Kakashi, young Kakashi only had sharingan plus lightning blade,

CM2 Sasuke has both sharingan, Chidori, boosted strenght and stamina and chakra, not to mention his other techs. I dont think young Kakashi was strong enough to take on a one-tailed kyuubi naruto. CM2 was.

yeah but Kakashi was a Jonnin back then he had the sharingan his father's super awesome sword and his lightening blade which was super OP it should be a pretty close fight
