Pre-timeskip we saw him Sasuke use one technique in CS2. Everything we saw him do in CS2 in the Shippuden doesn't apply here. Sasuke's CS2 was incompitent in pre-shippuden because we only saw it once during that time and it only demonstrated an alternative chidori technique so saying that Sasuke wins just because of that is not really good evidence. Sasuke's CS2 was a baby when he first activated it, he developed it over time. I am very real :flaw:
