Look at the Size of a finger, and look the size of the bone. At the bones tip, it's still wider than a finger.
Tsunade's finger takes up a lot less area, ergo, it's sharper.

Tsunade can essentially replicate the penetrative force of a nukite with her finger(in certain situations). Instead of using raiton to make her finger sharp, she just uses more power to push it through with brute force .

I think you are confusing my logic with one of your little NB rivals, Lee was able to hit Gaara because of his speed not his strength. His kicks and punches had no effect and didn't phase his defence in the slightest. Show me a scan where it explitly shows us Tsunade implementing speed faster than lee without weights or Lee with gate speed if she;s so fast. No one has ever stated that Tsunade is fast nor has she demonstrated such speed.
