Deny it as much as you want. The databook and manga show that Rikudo Senjutsu is illustrated by the markings on the back of the user; Naruto's mode lacked them, but still hadn't the pigment around the eyes, so he was still using Rikudo chakra.

I agree that the sealing pattern is a necessary characteristic of a Rikudou Senjutsu user though I haven't watched the movie, but from what I've heard, he seems to be in RSM. Honestly, with the movies, they threw all logic out the window. From what I've heard, Rikudou Sasuke can literally fly despite it being a trait associated with Rikudou Senjutsu Users. There's a lot of shet that doesn't make sense honestly.

Sasuke can only fly thanks to his susanoo. However with the rinnegan(deva path) he should be able too.

I believe it was more of levitation. We never actually seen Deva Path enable one to fly as it seemed like Deva levitated before he used CST. It's possible though. Then again, I haven't watched the movie, so I can't be certain.

Yeah, RSM with Kurama chakra is more than enough, the other bijuu chakra would be overkill.

I'm not convinced.

Being the spiritual meeting place does not mean that all 9 bijuu can send 100% of their chakra to him over any distance from anywhere in the world at will. Canonically chakra transfers have always been made with physical contact. Even chakra transfers done by Hagoromo himself.

Does he have a portion of all 9 Bijuu? Yes. Does he have a pseudo-juubi at will? No.
