Well I'm Hosting Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations Tournament for NarutoBase (PS3) members. The game is released Japan Feb 23, 2012 in America March 13, 2012 I wanted to throw the tournament on April 10 Giving People 4 weeks to train.

I think it depends on if their accounts are Playstation North America or not. Since the one guy is from UK that's probably the problem, they're in different Playstation regions.
