ps2 question

0k so i bought Narutime Accel 2 in Japanese but now i m wondering if i could but it in English, the only problem is that is in PAL, is there any way to change it to NTSC?Also, will it work anyways, i have been told that it will be seen in black and white is that so?

I was thinking that same question some time ago. What I've heard you need to have some kinda tools ( That cost more than the game ) to change it into NTSC to pal / Pal to NTSC. I don't know that will it be black and white or is it muted but I've heard rumors about that.
