Not counting excess Nature Energy or the combined Bijuu Chakra, Naruto and Sasuke's Avatars are dead equal and Madara's Avatar is far more durable than both. It's more durable than both combined before the Rikudo Boost tbh as it's pound for pound more durable than both, and each Avatar is the size of it's hand. Naruto's tails make it larger than that, but still smaller than it's arm. So yes, contrary to popular belief, or what used to be popular belief, any attack that Naruto has ever tanked is tanked by Madara with far far less damage.

The thing that'd make Naruto be able to take more damage is that he has his tails, which are larger than Sasuke's wings. So he would be able to take far more damage if he covered himself with his tails, so he could be considered more durable, but overall. Not pound for pound. Though Madara still blows that out of the water considering he's pound for pound more durable and his Susanoo dwarfs Naruto's. Tails included.

That's V4 w/o a lower body. PS w/ a complete body is far larger. Another reason why Full Kurama is smaller. That Mokujin also has no lower body, so that means that Hashirama simply created a larger Mokujin.

As far as durability I'd say standard versions of both are tied. Of preference I'd say Kurama. Susano'o is badass but the nose is offputting.

naah man size matters, if sasuke was bout to face madara both using PS,madara will trollstomp sasukes, an example is a giant who is 8 feat tall is more durable than someone who is 6 feat tall, logically madaras PS is superior in durability, after all he is bigger and stronger, why not more durable
