PS height | Two different Methods

First method, direct pixel scaling.

Madara is 41 px and 1.8m tall.

It scales the 46 px green line to 2.01 meters.

Purple line is 6 px and 2.01 meters tall.

Which scales the 20 px yellow line to 6.7 meters.

Nose is 24 px, head is 380 px.

Scaling the head of PS to 106.3 meters.

Head of PS here is 58 px and the full body is 325 px.

Which means that the height of PS is 595 meters tall.

That's the first method, but I'm not satisfied with the result.

The second method is using Angular distance.

Perfect Susanoo's waist is 218.343765 pixels.

Which scales the waist to 162.6 meters.

Waist is 195 px and 162.6 meters.

Panel height is 1192 px.

2*atan(195/(1192/tan(70/2))) = 13.07 degrees

Angular distance gives 709.71 meters from the ground to the Perfect Susanoo's waist.

From the ground to the waist, it's roughly half it's height. So just multiply it by 2 to get the a close estimate of how tall PS is.

And that thing dwarves every single mountain.

This means those thing are like anthills.

i feel like your second approximation is too high and your first one is closer to the actual height. also we will never really know unless kishi tells us

It is exactly the size of a mountain..or little smaller

I'm calling shenannigans right here. No way it's that big. Madara's PS was roughly the same size as Kurama, and Sasuke's implied PS is smaller still, only being near the height of half height Kurama. Kurama isn't anywhere near that big.
