[Predictions] Prophecy on Sakura's choice

The Lord Elder summons Sakura's because he had a vision about her. Sakura is ordered by Tsunade to appear before him.

Lord Elder: Little girl, I have had a vision about your future. You must here it, because the future of the whole Ninja world will depend on your choice.

Sakura: Yes, Lord Elder.

Lord Elder: The vision concerns Naruto. He is going to face a young man who has a terrible power in his eyes. In this battle, both of them are going to receive mortal wounds. You will be a witness to this fight, but will be helpless to intervene. You cannot prevent this fight or change its outcome, it is inevitable.

Sakura: There must be something I can do! I must save them! Please help me!

Lord Elder: Little girl, I have seen in my vision that you will be faced with a terrible choice. You will be able to save one of them. Before your eyes, the other one will die.

Sakura: No, please, no! I cannot bear this! There must be something someone can do to help them both!

Lord Elder: I have not seen anyone else, and you are too weak to do this. One of them is going to die. You will save the other one's life. The future of the whole shinobi world depends on your choice. If you will choose Naruto, he will become the savior of the shinobi world. However, I do not think you will.

Sakura: What do you mean? Of course I will save Naruto!

Lord Elder: When you will see him dying before you, you will foresake Naruto and choose Sasuke. Even though the entire shinobi world will condemn you.

Sakura: That is not true! I will save Naruto, even if Sasuke has to die!

== Sakura departs. Fukasaku, who has been listening to the conversation, asks:

Fukasaku: Lord Elder, you did not tell me that she is going to choose Sasuke. Is there no hope, then?

Lord Elder: I said this in order to make her choose right. I have not seen what she will do.

== Sakura returns before Tsunade and relates the conversation.

Sakura: Tsunade-sensei, please help me! You must come with me so we can save them both!

Tsunade: I am a member of the command of the Shinobi army, and I cannot be with you all the time. Besides, if the Great Lord Elder has seen that you will be alone, than this is going to happen.

Sakura: Then I will do a kage-bunshin! I will save them both!

Tsunade: Sakura, if you do this you will dovide your chakra in half. You barely have enough chakra now to heal a mortal wound. If you split it, you will save neither Naruto nor Sasuke.

Sakura: Then what shall I do? I will not let them die!

Tsunade: Sakura, at all costs you must save Naruto. Remember, Sasuke is now an enemy of the village, and Naruto is trying to stop him. Naruto is our hero, and he will be the next Hokage.

== Sakura gasps.

Tsunade: That is why you must save Naruto. Isn't he your friend? He has always stood by you, and has saved your life several times.

Sakura: I know that! But it is as the Lord Elder has said. I cannot tell what I will do if I see Sasuke dying before me. I have tried to kill him, and could not, and I do not know if I can sacrifice him for Naruto!

== Sakura leaves, crying. She wanders by herself, thinking about Sasuke and Naruto. Finally she returns to Tsunade.

Sakura: Tsunade-sensei, I have a request. Please teach me the Yin Seal. I must increase my chakra reserves to save both Naruto and Sasuke.

Tsunade: Sakura, this seal is very dangerous. Its side-effects shorten your life span. It cannot be used frequently. I do not know if you are strong enough to use it; it might kill you immediately.

Sakura: I do not care, I will do anything to save them. My life would be meaningless if one of them is to die.

Tsunade: Very well. I have no choice but to help you in any way I can. I shall teach you the Yin Seal.

== Sakura masters the Yin Seal, becoming the second person in the world to use it. She saves both Naruto and Sasuke after their fight. During her later life, Sakura will perfect the Yin Seal by inventing pills that reduce its side-effects. She will also be able to gather more chakra than Tsunade, and to control the amount of chakra released during an opening of the Seal. This will enable her to use the Seal multiple times, becoming truly invulnerable during battle.

Why Sakura will be the sole witness of the Naruto-Sasuke fight

Here is some more reasoning of why Sakura will be the sole witness of the Naruto-Sasuke fight - as described in my theory about her.

As you know, Madara knows Naruto's greatest secrets from Yamato. Yamato must have been aware of Naruto's infatuation with Sakura. So, it seems logical to suppose that Madara will use Sakura as a bait to lure Naruto into a trap. According to Madara's plan, Sasuke will fight Naruto, and Madara will capture the weakened or defeated Naruto at the end of this fight.

Madara's plan will be successful. Perhaps he will use the Sharingan to create a genjutsu to control Sakura. He will take her to a distant location by teleporing. Madara knows also from Kisame about Naruto's ability to sense chakra. This ability should be enough for Naruto to find Sakura first - which is exactly what Madara wants.

However, I think that other shinobi will arrive quickly after Naruto. Perhaps Madara will take Sakura to his hideout, and the rescuers will go there directly, as the location is known to the shinobi army. Or Kakashi will use his Ninja dogs to trace Sakura. Anyway, that part of Madara's plan will go wrong: he will be forced to defend himself and unable to be at the end of the fight between Sasuke and Naruto. Another possibility is that Naruto will somehow escape Madara, but Sasuke will follow him.

On the other hand, Sakura will be nearby, and will be able to follow Naruto and Sasuke. Perhaps she will release the genjutsu herself (she is a genjutsu type after all), or Naruto will be able to snap her out of it (more likely).u

But I like your theory, drslim. It could be the reason why Kishi chose Sakura for Team 7 in the first place. Plus, she would finally have a use After all those long and painful chapters...

hey I have a question, if the answer is what i think it is then I have a theory on your theory lol anyway I forget what happens to the bijuu if the jinchuuriki of that bijuu is killed while its still inside?

I got three theories as to that

1) The bijuu dies as well (I seem to remember kushina saying something about her dying and taking the fox with her, not 100% sure about this)

2) The bijuu goes free

3) The bijuu is sealed away until someone frees it

If its none of that, then i have no idea :shrug:

I would love to hear your theory on my theory So let me try to answer your question:

I think that when a Jinchuuriki dies, the Bijuu chakra gets dispersed. But after a time, the chakra joins again and the Bijuu is reformed. That's what is suggested every time when there is talk about killing a Jinchuuriki (when Kushina is dying, or when Raikage tries to kill Naruto): that the Bijuu will disappear, but only temporarily.

On the other hand, I do no know how this is related to my theory, because I think that Naruto is not going to die, but will be close to death. Sakura will save him and Sasuke.
