Exactly, Bantos is blinded by her artificial beauty and minimal feats. If he is loyal to what Kishi wrote about Tsunade he should also be logical enough to do that for other characters. Hiruzen> all the Kages during their similar reign. Hiruzen> the three sannin. PERIOD.
I dont see Tsunade being held as the strongest Kage of her generation or being dotted the Goddes of Shinobi. Her feats are in Medical ninjutsu,regenerative skills and her "explosive taijutsu". She isn't even able to successfully use her element affinity or shown to have Sage mode. She was a second choice for Kage. You can't be any blinder than that.

kishi created the god of the shinobi, whatever you guys say is invalid. Feats mean nothing if he gives them a title and puts them against each other. He decides who wins, who loses, who lives, and who dies. For all we care the Ramen man could be the descendant of the S06P and be able to clear out the whole ninja world in a single blow, but only if Kishi allows it.
With that being said, 1st-4th are the strongest of their time based on the what he puts in the book, and are the SA's strongest soldiers.

Uh, for starters Tsunade was not in the leafs gathering of the 4 dead hokage, why would she be included in that when she was not there. All hokage are deemed the strongest soldiers.

The other hokages hype happened during their reign as hokage. All of Tsunades impressive prime hype happened outside of her reign as hokage under the title sannin. She practically entered the hokage rank out of her prime(being 50+ already), that is impressive.

Not to mention she's the greatest medical ninja to ever grace NV with her presence, shes a boss ass B****, And she can kick ass too D;

such beauty, such radiance.

Tsunade was represented with the gokage because she is actually alive. As the ultimate team.

Shinra tensei caused the village to be destroyed when paain attacked.

Also Hiruzen cannot even protect the villagers from shinra tensei's blast, Tsunade did D; in a matter of seconds.

Hashirama= Wood Release and formation of village system. "God of Shinobi". Hyped to be one of the strongest shinobi in history, in terms of raw power.

Tobirama= Water Release and FTG, kinjutsu creator and hyped by Madara to be the Fastest Shinobi in history.

Hiruzen= massive amounts of techniques and versatility. "God of Shinobi" hyped to be the strongest Hokage.

Minato= "Child of the Prophecy", "Konoha's Yellow Flash", faster than Tobirama. Created the series' main character.

Tsunade= "Slug Princess", world's best medical nin.

... each Hokage has done something that has made them worthy of their title. Saying that ANY of them are fodder should be taken with a grain of salt.
