3. The Tschihukage (however it's spelled) didn't object to Madara's voice because he's a deaf old geezer who can't remember where he put his applesauce, much less hear what's going on around him.
4. Naruto is not Minato's son, but actually, a child put in place of Minato's son at the hospital who is actually a girl.
5. Tobi is actually Uchiha Itachi, who, not only is still trying to get the perfected eyes of Sasuke (Hence, the "I'm only a shell of myself" line), but also stole the Rinnegan from Nagato's body because, as mentioned earlier in the series, only one person can have the Rinnegan, and it was easier to have Naruto kill Nagato. :flaw:
6. Itachi really wants to put his eyes on the moon because all his life he has felt insecure and in order for him to change the way everyone sees him, he will put them under a genjutsu so that he might actually have a girlfriend for once
In conclusion, Madara is in fact dead, but his identity was stolen by Itachi who hacked the Playstation Network and corrupted Madara's gamer profile.O.O
