I just need to clear a few things up

Gaara did not fight the Third, he fought the Fourth so i had to state it because some people don't know who the Third is

I've never seen a unicorn in the Naruto Universe and water still beats fire so logic is a factor to a certain extent

I did say some of these techniques where theoretical but logical

Every technique has a weakness, a ninja has a weakness - the Third Raikage is unstoppable

Firstly i would have to see this blood bending to believe it.I know technically speaking its true as our red blood cells mainly consist of iron so yes but like is said i would have to see that type of mastery of it to believe it

The rest i can only comment on one point the iron sand which it is pretty much proven he can do.I would like to see the links of the metallic bullets and Iron sand world as i don't believe i have come across those

Like you said this would be a battle between Iron and Lightening i dont think the 3rd Kazekage has a technique to break his lightening armour however if he could blood bend he could just hit the Raikage in the chest with his own hand

The 3rd kazekage isn't nearly as powerful as you make him out to be- if any character's techniques are listed off they sound impressive, but you're exaggerating the 3rd kazekage's prowess.

Despite what you say, Sasori defeated the 3rd kazekage. Sasori deftly infiltrated the sand village, and killed the 3rd kazekage without alerting anybody. After all, Sasori only needed to cut his opponent to immobilize them with a fatal poison- we automatically know that the 3rd kazekage was defeated by puppets. Can you imagine the 3rd raikage even being cut by one of Sasori's puppets?

Aside from the scant information known about the 3rd kazekage during his lifetime, his kekkei genkai lived on in a human puppet. It's fair to say we know the limit of the 3rd kazekage's kekkei genkai based on this performance- though in life, the 3rd kazekage's iron sand would be much weaker than when he was a human puppet; the iron sand would no longer be soaked in Sasori's poison.

The iron sand was shown to be similar in principle to Gaara's absloute defence/sand manipulation, in that the 3rd kazekage was able to manipulate it and use it as a weapon, but it lacks Gaara's precision and defences. The iron sand took on the form of imprecise 3-d shapes, and was highly ineffective against a ninja even slightly skilled at evasion- Sakura dodged the iron sand flawlessly. When the iron sand was even close to hitting her, Sakura slapped aside the 3rd kazekage's iron sand and avoided harm; the only time Sakura was actually cut by the iron sand (the 3rd kazekage's ultimate iron sand jutsu) it was revealed right afterwards that she let herself be hit, in order to make Sasori think his poison took effect. Sakura had an antidote, and yes, she smashed a human puppet of the 3rd kazekage... but it's safe to say if she had been battling a living 3rd kazekage the result would be the same. With an attack speed that can't even match Sakura's, how could the 3rd kazekage expect to touch the lightning-fast raikage, even if we pretend the kazekage could hurt the raikage through his lightning armor?

BUT even with the knowledge that Sakura can defeat the 3rd kazekage, it's too early to assume he would lose to the 3rd raikage. Tsunade compared to Ay makes me think the 3rd raikage might not even be able to defeat Sakura... With that I find that there's nothing left to say about the 3rd kazekasge. The abilities you detailed about him controlling blood aren't canon, so they don't even apply. After scrutiny, my opinion is that the 3rd kazekage isn't very impressive.

I don't want to get into detail about the 3rd raikage because I didn't really like him, but his abilities are actually very powerful compared to the 3rd kazekage's.

-the 3rd raikage's lightning armor is unbelievably durable. The 8 tails strongest technique wasn't strong enough to pierce it (although the impact was enough to jar the raikage's arm, forcing him to stab himself). Not even Naruto's wind style: rasenshuriken was able to break through the lightning armor; wind style is supposed to have an advantage over lightning style, and rasenshuriken is the strongest wind style technique in the manga, yet the raikage's lightning armor shrugged it off. The only weapon able to pierce this armor is the raikage's own lightning style jutsu, but no ninja can replicate his jutsu to use it against him. The only way to defeat the 3rd raikage is to force him to hit himself.

-the 3rd raikage is fast. Much faster than Sakura, or Sasori's puppets. If the 3rd kazekage's techniques couldn't catch Sakura, then he'll never be fast enough to hit the raikage.

-the 3rd raikage's lightning-blade-ish jutsu is able to pierce any defence. The 3rd kazekage is dead if the raikage uses this jutsu.

-I haven't seen the 3rd raikage use his black lightning, but that's an extra layer of (unneeded) insurance for the raikage in an already one-sided fight.

Unless the 3rd kazekage could somehow contrive to use the tailed-beast bomb, or learn rasengan to replicate the impact of tbb (and somehow develop sage-mode level reflexes to counter the raikage's speed), then the 3rd kazekage has absolutley no hope of defeating the 3rd raikage.

EDIT: It's ridiculous to think the kazekage could suffocate people with his iron sand. It sounds cool and all, but until we see Gaara doing a similar technique there is absolutely no reason to think the 3rd kazekage was so much better than Gaara.

Being immune to all metallic weapons is severely underrated with people imagining him only being good against TenTen.

This is a considerable amount of Iron in the blood, adding to the fact that the Third Raikage is huge and is obviously very muscular boosts the amount from average to super high in terms of iron content in the blood. If he can't control you then at the least im sure he can clot the iron into one main artery in your body causing a heart attack/stroke and severe internal damage.

"The Third's armour is very durable" was what you said more or less, you have to remember under every hard exterior, every impenetrable suit of armour lies a very fragile man who could die from the slightest damage to his internal and vital organs - The Third's Kazekage using iron sand particles to make his lungs slowly fill up till he suffocates and can no longer fight. Also as the fight progresses the Third's performance will slowly deplete and eventually it would get to a point where he can no longer actually keep up with the Third Kazekage because of the condition his lungs are in.

Overall the Third Kazekage is severely underrated and the Third Raikage is overrated

Grade 10 chemistry.. In the raikage, a large man, this balance remains the same- unless he's unhealthy and has slightly less or slightly more iron in his blood than usual. Even if the 3rd kazekage posessed the ability to control all iron in the world, the amount in the human body is insignificant.

You seem to think that the 3rd kazekage has magnetic powers and can universally manipulate iron with his chakra. But, like Gaara, the 3rd kazekage has a set amount of sand, but unlike Gaara, the 3rd kazekage can't turtn to the earth around him to create more iron sand. Naruto defeated a reanimated shinobi in the world war who had magnetism style as his kekkei genkai, but this isn't to be confused with iron sand.

I'm not saying he controls them as if they were a zombie but he could still use it and concentrate all of the iron into one place in the body

You honestly don't think that iron sand particles can be controlled through his magnet release kekkei genkai into the nose/mouth to fill up someone's lungs? No, seriously that's just stupid, of course he can look how small sand is, he has the ability to govern over metals and the massive force of nature known as magnetism

His assination/kidnapping caused the Second/Third Shinobi war, he was hailed as the strongest Shinobi in the history of sunagakure (Sasori's abilities accounted for). If he is weak and considered the strongest they would have been conqueroed ages ago. Not to mention nobody even comprehended him being beaten, in sunagakure he was probably the God of Shinobi. He lived in the area of the Third Hokage, Third Raikage, Third Tsuchikage and so on, he must of been a very compotent shinobi in order to keep up with Kages like that.

It just seems your love for the Third Raikage is blinding you that he can be defeated, unlike me you consider the guy your vouching for to be unbeatable.

The Third Kazekage can obviously be beaten but being the strongest in Sunagakure is really a massive feat.

Shinobi wars have been created for many reasons

Fourth - To stop the end of the world as they know it

Third - Unknown

Second - Disappearance of one man (Third Kazekage)

First - Global unrest in every country

Basically sunagakure considered this man's dissappearence the end of the world as they knew it.

third raikage will definitely get the win third kazakage just won't be able to cope with his speed defiantly NOT. earth is weak against lightning, third kazakage will have thought this fight through as he is quite a genius but raikage, does go crazy and would demolish him with one hit on target due to his strength. The fact that the third kazekage has IRON SAND alone is a huge disadvantage, We all know metal conducts electricity, If he were to attemp to shield himself with iron sand or impale raikage with a pole, raikage could fry kazekage into a crisp.
