I think the 3rd Kazekage is much more powerful.
He is always underestimated by people, but with his power he should beat him no problem . You have already mentioned pretty much why xd

i agree, blood bending is a main factor seeing how the third raikage has no main counter to it. Also what iron does in your body is it helps hemogoblin your redblood cells and bind the oxygen and carry it to the cells in your body. the less iron you have the more dizzy and weak your body feels. seeing as how the third raikage fought for days(can't remember how long) he has more iron in his body than most, therefore making the kazekage's job much easier.

well, blood bending--besides being from Avatar not Naruto--is never even hinted at... also, read the bottom of my first post. i think it's number 98. because Raikage has lightning, Iron and it's magnetism cant touch him even if the blood bending thing is part of kazekage's arsenal

But what if kazekage uses iron lightning needles. Im sure thats a tech gaara learned from village. then how can raikage use lightning release.

Nice post, I think the third kaze wins, but some of the skill descriptions I disagree with, why would the bullets be moving faster as the distance from the source of repulsion increases?

Also the raikage could control which parts of his body are lightning armored (his feet for example) so that the ground he walks on does not electrocute.

I think that his attacks on the sphere would not harm him but they would also be quite useless as the sphere would gain similar defensive properties as his skin, the attack may end up magnetising the sphere though.

He loses IMO due to breathing in iron sand, and blood bending (a term which I remember for Ang the last air bender, it's cool how they share similar skills in naruto xd), I don't think the raikage can eletrocute his inside in order to prevent the blood bending. He may not even realise until it is too late.

i see but that cannot counter the kazekage breaking up the iron into his sand thus making the raikage able to inhale it, killing him through suffocation.

How do you guys know the manga will follow all these same scientific rules ?
Because a lot of times thats not the case, therefore i give this to the 3rd Raikage.
