The Third Kazekage will win this one...here is the reason.......1)People have mentioned that he can fly and doge third Raikage's attacks thats one point but how is he gonna defeat him??....so this is the answer....small iron particals can go into Third Raikage's Body through his breathing or mouth or whatever(wounds if found open)....and once the iron particals are inside the third Raikage he is doomed..he will bleed inside and die or if the iron is poisned then its worse for him..and since kakashi mentioned that no matter how hard you train..there is no technique by which you can protect the internal organs...and hence We have Third Kazekage as the winner......And any other attacks done by 3rd Raikage(if he attacks first ) can be doged by the ironsand shield...but i guess 3rd Raikage can't do any thing if the iron sand gets in his body......

Though he defeated third Kazekage Sasori may or may not be as strong as or greater than Third Raikage because unless iron sand sasori cannot pierce The third Rikage....and even if he manages to poison him third will be fast enough to kill him before he dies(i guess so....don't be mad at my suggestions)...

And yeah...also forgot to mention that he can fill Third Raikage with Iron sand and make it expand=3 Raikage goes BOOM XD or else make sword that may come out of his chest or may other deadly things like those...lol...

You present a great argument and maybe base iron isnt enough to keep him back, however if a large quantity is condensed into a small spherical all-round shield im confident it could hold back the Third's attack as there is a limit to his strength but no real limit to the condensation of Iron. Also lacing the entire arena in iron would make it harder for the Raikage to run at his fullest. It would also give the Third the ability to intercept everyone of his movements.

The Black lightning would back fire as it would turn his shield into a electrical fence enforced

Nonthing will get threw to raikage armor but wind tecs if a tailed beast bomb did not work iron won't work etheir..how long would it take for him to gather all this iron up? Will he have the chakara to gather up all this iron? He is going to have to condense ahole lot third will not let him do it..

2. Also take into account the secret black lightning techs he passed down to Darui, they act as a very good long rangers.

3. Also try to note that Raiton attacks may in fact disrupt if not nullify the magnetic control of third Kazakage as electricity produces a strong magnetic field of its own.

4. Also the heat form the lightning attacks may melt and fuse the iron sands into iron lumps.

5. Third Raikage also has a huge stamina and chakra as he fought continuously for 3 days and nights.

+rep for great analysis, didn't read the whole wall of text but I skimmed. I honestly think the 3rd's reaction speed and strength is too much for him. Sakura can punch the iron sand shapes and stuff so I think the Raikage can manage well.

but what if he does it??
its not like he's gonna tell the raikage that i'm filling u up with iron sand.
he's just gonna do it silently while he flies.
He's got brains, something that the raikage is short on.
power wise Kazekage is no match for him, but he can definately put up a fight and maybe win.
For me its 50-50

Good point but note that if the iron particles get near him and Raikage has his Raiton armour on, all the electricity around him (creating magnetic fields) may cause the iron particles to demagnetize and fall or be deflected from its original path.

BTW if this heavy lungs factor holds trues, Mei's acid mist too can kill Raikage as if he breathes in Mei's acid mist his lungs will just melt.

I like your point but i don't think the Third would use his lightning armour immediately meaning there is a opening at the beginning of the battle like when shown when he went up against Naruto.

How would he know if there r iron particles in the air he is breathing??
