I've read statistics that prove that base goku beasts pre crisis superman. And pre crisis superman is what the arguments usually refer to, which is a fair fight to be honest. Most people who say goku shits on him don't even know what pre crisis means.

I have read up on the abilities of superman in his golden age and even with the immortality he cannot defeat goku the powers he has are astounding and make him one of the top fictional heroes of all time but goku still beats him in every aspect his speed is instantaneous which means he transported to whatever location he desires in no time flat.that cancels and makes any speed redundant and being immortal will not make up for the fact he cannot beat him for goku has also become an out of universe observer once he died.Alebit he was eventually brought back to life but still has the ability to transport in and out of the afterlife.And by the end GT he is the strongest entity in his universe

Goku is like the Pele of anime, like the bruce lee of anime, people just say him > everyone (which is basically almost true) out of respect for his awesome character but Superman brings way to much to the table here.

You people who think Superman can win this are very clueless indeed. Goku has never shown feats on the level of what Superman can do. But if you use your brain and think logically by using Power scaling, Power level, and Logic Superman would easily get annihilated effortlessly by Goku. If Frieza in his weakest state could destroy a planet with just one finger and showing no fatigue afterwards, then imagine what Goku SSJ3 is truly capable off. But you guys will easily ignore this because of the hax feats and you only go by on what is stated. In the Manga DBZ characters have only shown Multi-planet busting at it's highest. You guys are crazy if you think this is the highest of what they can do. I can assure you Multi-planet busting is not there true piower. Not a Dragon Ball fanboy just thinking logically and outside the box and by you guys only putting them as Multi-planet busting at it's highest is very shocking indeed. Supes won't even know what hit him as he gets blown out the water and then gets eradicated to the after life.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize that the Superman comics had a standardized system for measuring the inherent strength of a super-powered human.
