In this thread i'm comparing SM Jiraya to Itachi. To compare them i'll try my best to show you effectiv counters that SM Jiraya would have against Itachi and what makes me believe he would defeat him if there was a fight between them. Hope you enjoy reading

Im not getting involved in this and i lost interest after the first paragraph because it seems you are analysing sm jiraiya vs itachi whilst that is the point of the thread shouldnt you analyse base jiraiya first before his enhancements. Secondly your theory on senjutsu and genjutsu has been thrown away and its cannon.

Kabuto also has the ability to absorb nature energy whilst moving due to juugo's clan's ability and yet he moved heaven and hell to evade it. Secondly 2, yes 2 genjutsu has gotten the better of dsm kabuto whilst in sage mode. First genjutsu izanami. Second genjutsu is sharingan hypnosis genjutsu that allowed itachi to control him to weave the seals to end edo tensei.

Lol that isn't what the first paragraph says. Its more hinted to you suggesting that continuously absorbing nature energy eludes genjutsu, perhaps you should've included the partnered method, regardless that will fail, because they aren't disrupting his chakra with their chakra, but rather they are absorbing nature energy for him.

What they are basically doing is what kabuto can do by himself which is the ability to continuously absorb nature energy. Again that didn't stop kabuto from genjutsu. However if jiraiya was caught in it, he has the toads to dispel it using their chakra and that is different from what you were saying.

Anyway this never ends so ill stop there. You however didn't prove anything
