A misconception around the base has many members believing Naruto was born with strong natural reserves like other Uzumaki's in the series, but that is false. By compiling factual statements and events from the manga I've conclusively debunked the misconception Naruto has naturally large reserves.
Statements
Kabuto's and Obito's statements about the Uzamakis prove that only those born with red hair have the innate trait of a strong bodied Uzamaki w. amazing life force.
Uzamaki Feat Comparison
Even as far as feats Uzamakis with red hair trumped NAruto w/o Kyuubi in terms of chakra capability.
Nagato was capable of using taxing Rinnegan techniques, fight the nine tails and then being able to revive a whole village afterwards.
Karin was able to fully restore the vitality and chakra of a full blooded senju and still have stamina afterwards.
Narutos top feats as far as I can think of pale in comparison to the two above, but there is even one more feat that sets True bloodline Uzamakis from Naruto.
Kushina survived the extraction for a brief time even after giving childing and was even able to hold down 100% Kurama.
Naruto on the otherhand dies instantly when Kurama is pulled away from him.
Even more Manga Facts
Furthermore the sole reason for Naruto large reserves to spam shadow clones stems from the chakra leaked by the Kyuubi.
In the beginning Minato used the eight trigrams sealing technique in hopes Naruto can use the Kyuubis chakra.
Oro used this technique to disturb Narutos chakra because their chakras were beginning to fuse.
Kakashi and Jiraya also confirms the fact Narutos stamina comes from the Kyuubi.
I don't know why people think Naruto was born with special genetic traits like the UChiha, red hair Uzamakis or Hyuugas. Naruto power comes from Kurama he relies on him just like Ashura relied on others as well.
The sage even imply it heavily that NAruto inherited absolutely nothing from either of his parents. That him and Ashura were born noted as no good descendants.
Minato being a genius and Kushina being Uzamaki with chakra chains, Naruto got neither of these traits, but Kurama instead.
This concludes my misconception thread. deuces
