Outher Path: Samsara of Heaven -
By channelling their power through the King of Hell, the Rinnegan wielder can re-infuse new life force energy to the bodies of those who have died. With their rejuvenated bodies acting as an anchor, the individual souls are then able to leave even the crossroad between life and the afterlife, returning back to their physical vessels. The technique targets all the individuals killed, even those not necessarily killed by the user.
At the time Nagato used , it seemed like the ability was something that could only be used on the recently deceased(Time Limit), In the manga Nagato clearly says there is still time to save those ppl that he killed when he came to konoha. Thats why he wasnt able "bring back Jiraiya?"
Then, recently we've heard the real Madara Uchiha comment on his own "resurrection" and said that He should have been revived with the Rinne Tensei No Jutsu This of course would indicate that the Rinne Tensei does have the power to bring back people who have died from long ago.
It is unknown whether Nagato himself was aware of this, because if he was, then it would seem likely he would have striven to master the power to bring back Yahiko.
I am pretty sure Obito knew about it doesnt it make sense he could have brought RIN back with Outer Path..
So, there lots of question like
1) How was Madara aware of the capabilities of the Rinne Tensei? Did he try to use the ability himself?
Can we assume this as he stated he awakened the Rinnegan just shortly before he himself died. If so big if of course who would he have tried to bring back from the dead?
2) Why didnt Nagato revive Jiraya and Yahiko?
3) Why didnt obito revive Rin?
I am confused did kishi change his plan after reviving konoha ppl about Outer Path or is he TROLLING with us:shrug::shrug::shrug:...
