Well lets make a logical deduction:
Madara's susano:
1. Huge and perfected
2. We dont know if it's special abilities are to warp time or to peel bananas
3. More locomotive advantages
Itachi's susano:
1. Complete and practically in invincible in NORMAL (note) battles.
2. Sword of tokusha, can seal anything it PIERCES (only living things i think)
3. Mirror of yata, can block most(if not everything) things.
Deduction:
1. Raw power wise, madara's susano wins cos
Madara's susano = Sledgehammer > Itachi's Susano = normal hammer
2. Now Sword of tosuka: It seals those who are stabbed with it to a dream state, naturally non living things cant dream and thus simple logic states that it only works only on living(or reanimate) things.So now the big question, IS susano a living thing? Which personally i dont think so (come on partial or multiple manifestation is not a characteristic of a living thing) and thus the sword may prove ineffective untill it breaches the protective layer of susano.
3. Mirror of yata: Naturally its shield which can deflect anything by changing its nature, but as any any shield it can provvide defence only in one front, other sides are vulnerable plus it may not help being overwhelmed or thrown across by sheer brute force.
Side note:
1. Itachi's or Sasuke's susano is not PERFECT its COMPLETE/MATURE cos if u read d manga u will notice they always scream tech names, if they were to use perfect susano first they would have shouted it out( plus only madara is supposed to have mastered all sharingan techs)
2. Amatersu seems to have no effect on Susano, remember sasuke's battle with raikage, sasuke set amaterasu on his own susano (plus madara may also knows how to use amaterasu see:

3.Though nearly none of us can prove anything but itachi and sasuke being able to change their susano size is highly debateable, even if they can they should not be able to increase it much (not at least till madara level) as itachi and oro fight suggest that itachis susano can be at most half the oro eight brach tech (really when fighting a big opponent u wont try to be small if u can help it). Or it may be their seeming differst size maybe due to different degree's of partial manifestation. Its hard to say.
Conclusion:
Even tough we dont know much about it Madara's susano still have a lil advantage (however small) depending on wheater tosuka can cut through it.
My advice? wait and see.....
