I have to laugh on this.. You haven't seen it in action yet. But you already assume that it can't be affected by physical attacks nor Dust Release. Which so far worked just fine with the other Susano'o's. What about relax a bit and wait until Kishi actually shows us Madara's Susano'o in action?

There's only one argument. Madara is the best and the strongest user of EMS - Sharingan. Itachi is jus mid class compared with Madara. Madara's susanoo > Itachi's Susanoo. Itachi Susanoo has weaknesses Madaras doesn't have, it can run, has four arms, weapons, can weave hand signs and all that other stuff.

Full Analysis

Madara's Perfect Susanoo currently has no other feats other than it's sheer size (with current info ) though what I would assume or common sense would be that it's defensive capabilities are vastly increased meaning physical attacks have no effect and all present moves which have penetrated Madara's Susanoo thus far can assumably not penetrate it anymore
e.g. ( Raikage + Tsuchikage super fast punch, As well as Oonoki's Jinton + Tsunade)
Edit: I also forgot to add Madara's Susanoo negated all of the kage's attacks.

The defensive part is questionable in that since we are comparing Itachi's v3 Susanoo to Madara's, itachi's also has the Totsuka sword and Yata Mirrior. Which is said to repel everything. The downside is that it does not provide 360 coverage though a v3 Susanoo its self has yet to be penetrated. Apart from the Yata mirrior I think that the Totsuka sword is the deciding factor in that it is said to seal anything it pierces( Data Book ) . Aswell as the argument of it piercing anything here is a good point which I think is highly plausible .

Well lets make a logical deduction:

Madara's susano:
1. Huge and perfected
2. We dont know if it's special abilities are to warp time or to peel bananas
3. More locomotive advantages
Itachi's susano:
1. Complete and practically in invincible in NORMAL (note) battles.
2. Sword of tokusha, can seal anything it PIERCES (only living things i think)
3. Mirror of yata, can block most(if not everything) things.
Deduction:
1. Raw power wise, madara's susano wins cos
Madara's susano = Sledgehammer > Itachi's Susano = normal hammer
2. Now Sword of tosuka: It seals those who are stabbed with it to a dream state, naturally non living things cant dream and thus simple logic states that it only works only on living(or reanimate) things.So now the big question, IS susano a living thing? Which personally i dont think so (come on partial or multiple manifestation is not a characteristic of a living thing) and thus the sword may prove ineffective untill it breaches the protective layer of susano.
3. Mirror of yata: Naturally its shield which can deflect anything by changing its nature, but as any any shield it can provvide defence only in one front, other sides are vulnerable plus it may not help being overwhelmed or thrown across by sheer brute force.

Side note:
1. Itachi's or Sasuke's susano is not PERFECT its COMPLETE/MATURE cos if u read d manga u will notice they always scream tech names, if they were to use perfect susano first they would have shouted it out( plus only madara is supposed to have mastered all sharingan techs)
2. Amatersu seems to have no effect on Susano, remember sasuke's battle with raikage, sasuke set amaterasu on his own susano (plus madara may also knows how to use amaterasu see:

we have seen itachis susanoo, so why not wait till wednesday?
we wouldnt compare a young naruto vs a future naruto in his prime.
it makes no sense to compare a developed character against a picture.
