And thats not even including how incredibly slow he is. Narutos speed and strength are greatly enhanced in stage 1 alone, and even more so in stage two. A bijuu bomb may be too slow to hit hidan but 4 tails is easily fast enough to blitz hidan and chop off his head ect. Hidans attack speed is incredibly slow and has never shown the ability to peirce anything of 4tail cloaks level.
