I remember that Aokiji said that this issue with Doffy may be the biggest thing that Sakazuki has had to deal with since becoming commander in chief. We also know that once Kaidou gets cut off from SMILE he will go ape sh**, but I doubt that has anything to do with Aokiji's prediction so

Exactly what effects to the world do u think there will be when Doffy is taken down?

-Luffy gets a 600 million bounty for causing a war and beating Doflamingo. Zoro's, Franky's, Robin's, and Usopp's bounties increase as well.
-Bellamy joins the Straw Hats
-The Kano Kingdom, Prodence Kingdom, Barto Club, Beautiful Pirates, Tontatta Kingdom, Orlumbus's Fleet, and Dressrosa become allies to the Straw Hats.
-More people join the Revolutionary Army after hearing what Doflamingo, a former CD and a Shichibukai, did to the citizens of Dressrosa.

Bounties will increase by a big number considering this is like Alabasta only 10x bigger.
Luffy - 500M atleast
Zoro - 200-250M
Robin - 100-150M
Franky - 90-130M
Usopp - ..not sure maybe about 50-60M

Law - in adition to being thrown out of the Shichibukai will probably get up to 470-500M aswell.

Luffy/Law will become actual allies(and probably friends) as opposed to what Law had in mind before,Straw Hats will also gain numerous new allies some of whom will most probably aid them in the comming arcs.

Last time we saw the Sunny and rest of crew they where getting chased by Big Mom,so i think Jimbe might end up saving the guys from her and finally join the crew after meeting up with Luffy on Zou.The crew might even get another crew member besides Jimbe a female one this this time hopefully already too many guys(that way the crew gets to be 10 people excluding Luffy).

Kaido will be quite furious at his huge losses,and the NW will get more chaotic as a result,the Marines will probably increase their presence too,Blackbeard might also pull something crazy again while eveything is unstable and make stuff even worse.

The Straw Hat/Heart alliance have their work cut out for them cus not only will they incur the wrath of Kaido but due to Luffy making threats Big Mom is also in "open war" against them.
