Hello everyone, today I'm going to introduce project Narusimu to you.
First I'd like to make a quick introduction of who I am, I am an 18 year old Armenian computer expert and programmer currently living and studying in Belgium. That's it
Now let's get on topic, first I'll tell you what Narusimu is, then I'll go into details.
Narusimu is a 3D Naruto simulation game, where the player takes the role of a Naruto character and explores the Naruto universe in real-time 3D.
I chose Narusimu as my end year's integration project for school, which also means that I just started this project.
I have less than a year time to have a solid base for this project and I want you guys to help me with it.
I'm working on getting the basics done so I can start adding content to the game, and I will be releasing the game after every content update.
I want you guys to let me know what you would like to see next as far as content and gameplay goes. In the first release of the game you will just be able to run around, do some basic things... so the content to add next will be VERY basic. E.g. you would request me to add enemies you can fight with,...
When we advance further in this project, the requests would be more like adding certain characters to the game, certain places, certain jutsu,...
Before you start requesting stuff though, wait until we have a first release of Narusimu.
If this game turns out to be something really awesome someday, I'll probably turn this into an MMO.
The game is currently only being developed for Windows and Android.
So yeah, I hope that with this project we will have a nice Windows and Android Naruto game, it all depends on the support I get from you guys of course.
Also, since I'm a one man team, I will not be modeling everything myself, most art in game will come from other sources (e.g. Naruto playstation games,...). At the moment I have really nice models for a couple of characters, with animation ready to be implemented, so that's a good thing. I will have to model e.g. Konohagakure myself though because I don't think there are external sources for finding that.
Let me know what you think of this, all suggestions are welcome.
If you guys think this is just ridiculous, then let me know so I can abandon this project on time and choose something else for my school integration project.
