Problems with the plot

Ok so Tobi's plan just doesn't make sense,
So first for the Moons Eye Plan he needs to collect all the tailed beasts to recreate the juubi but then he needs to get the juubi's body from the moon(so he says) and the only way to get it would be bringing the moon to the earth and breaking it apart but what would be the point because that would ruin the plan to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi on the moon because it wouldn't be there.

and second if Tobi is working with Madara to complete the Moons Eye Plan which one is supposed to get the juubi sealed inside him?

So yeah it's just been on my mind so I thought I would post it

Alright, jokes aside, I'm going to give this a shot, with two weapons of mine: logic and intelligence. Beware, not many people hold such weapons.

1. It's most likely that Tobi will have to destroy the moon in order to release the body of the Ten-Tails. But why can't he just create another one? Did that ever occur to anyone?

By that time, he'll be the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki (if his plan follows through). The moon right now is just the product of the Sage's Chibaku Tensei technique. With such power at his hand, I don't think it'll be too hard for Tobi to create another moon from the Earth's rocks, and then launch it into the sky.

Who knows, he might even make a bigger sphere than the moon right now, to amplify his Infinite Tsukyomi.

2. That is confusing. We'll have to wait until it is revealed who is actually behind the Moon's Eye Plan. Is it Tobi following Madara or vice versa (I'm voting for the former option).

Tobi will use the gedo mazo's body instead. or summon the moon down to earth maybe, a larger version of madara and nagato's technique.

as to who will seal the body into himself, my logic tells me it will be madara. i have a sneaking suspicion that tobi might try to backstab madara though...

As Baka said, he'll prlly just use Gedo Mazo as the Juubi's new body and leave the moon as is. And its possible that he had other intentions for the Juubi's chakra, like reviving Madara (before knowing he was edo'd).

he wants to put together the jubi's chakra and to became its junchiriki, 9 tails is just a mass or chakra without a body, so the jubi's will be like a much stronger 9 tails. Isn't that hard.

He gets all the bijuus chakra, and through rinnehax he sends it to the moon and revives the juubi, either that or he blows up the moon cuz he's piccolo like that. The juubi comes to earth and thanks to more rinnehax, he becomes a jinchuriki
