Problem

I have a Turtle Beach Mw3 Edition Ear Force Foxtrot. I have been using it for about 10 months and it has been working fine. Just now when i finished downloading sanctuary for Mw3 I started playing and i realised my headset wasn't working. I can speak and hear myself through it but, I cant hear other people or talk to people. The wires aren't tangled everything is connected. Please help me fix this. Ps: I don't think it takes batteries, and its on Ps3.

Perhaps, with the new update/expansion (I'm not too familiar with the game), the settings of your headset reset? Try looking that up. If it doesn't work, you might as well call the customer service. They might know the answer.
