Problem: Can't Open Videos in Photoshop.

Not sure about the section. :|
I once could open videos in photoshop to create gifs, I just download whatever video in Real Player, and then open.

Now, this is all I get when I try to Open a video:

You must be registered for see images


(I have CS3, CS4 and CS5, though I like CS3 the most)
Any Help?​

It still worked before, so how about a not-useless comment next time? :|

Oh by the way Drizzy, if you tried to open a .mkv file in Photoshop, forget it. Use VirtualDub to create your gifs.

john i gave him advice to use after effects so why its not-useless ?..

Yeah, 720p, it worked before, so I don't think that has anything to do with it.

what's the video's format?
flv, mkv, mp4, I've tried them all. [Real Player document]

Can virtual dub create the fade effect, add lightning, borders and text?
mkv isn't supported, and flv need flash pro installed
make sure the mp4 uses a popular codec
and here are the supported formats for you
