Shikadai is destined to rule but not alone he has enough power to turn two fodder into kage level nin. Inoshikacho will never have been so powerful.

Shikadai is Sand/leaf thus he will create a new jutsu Shadow puppets.

Hear's the plan

Shikadai will create shadow puppets and and Inojin will make his ink creation.

They will attack the foe simultaneously Shadow puppets will restain all of the opponents movement. Inojin's creation may be trash they it will get there cloths ruined and get ink in their eyes. This make the weak depressed and the strong stressed.

Chocho will use her finishing attack Talk no jutsu not as powerful as the Seventh Hokage and even has the opposite effect of Naruto's however Inojin's ink blocked their eyesight thus making the enemies hearing more potent then usual. Because they can't run and the AoE of Chocho's talk no jutsu the week will attempt Suicide and enemies even as strong as Kaguya,Madara,Sasuke and Naruto will eventually have a seizure followed by a coma.
