Intangibility doesn't increase his reaction timing, so he still gets blitzed.

The chakra from the fruit is stronger than the chakra from the Juubi, proof? Kaguya's chakra was stated to be on another level to Madara's, and she got her chakra from the fruit. Hagoromo possess more power than the Juubi itself as he was able to create a Moon sized Chibaku Tensei on his deathbed. Not to mention the Shinju spends years trying to manifest that fruit. Hagoromo was born with Kaguya's chakra, the chakra from the fruit. Not the Juubi's chakra. So you can't say for sure that his Susanoo would wreck Sasuke's just because he has the Juubi's chakra.

Sasuke got Hagoromo's chakra, which also acts the same as Senjutsu.

Exactly, we don't even know if Obito could pull it off, since this PS is made with Kakashi's chakra (Hence the scar) and Obito, despite having both eyes, never once used Susanoo let alone PS.
