That means Kamui takes him out.

hashirama can go in sage mode in like 0.5 secs. he has the most efficient senpou of all. so no he doesn't need to be stationary. naruto is the one who does. even minato goes in sage mode faster than naruto

kakashi can take on any kage. but hashirama and minato is really gonna be a tough one. hashirama has crazy amount of chakra and he's battle smart and experienced. way more experienced than kakashi can dream of. he'll most likely out last kakashi. as for minato. this guy is as pure a genius as you can possibly find. apart from itachi, shikamaru and shikaku, i cant think of anyone has smart and intelligent as minato. beating obito in their very first match is a testament to that. and like kakashi he doesnt like to drag a fight. but considering he's knowledge on how kamui works. he'll give kakashi a run for his money. high diff tho.

What do you mean they "tanked" it? They "tanked" it and ended up sealed indefinitely until they were rescued by the combined effort of Sasuke, Orochimaru, and Juugo. They would have remained there if they weren't freed, just like they would remain in the Kamui dimension if warped there as they have absolutely no way out other than Kakashi's Mangekyo.

Long range Kamui would be much harder to aim against a foe that moves as fast as Kaguya; on top of that, he couldn't make himself intangible while using it, so it would also be more risky.

Nope. Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama, Minato, Naruto, and Sasuke still take him down. Reread the chapter where Gai was fighting Madara, Kakashi stated that his MS was going blind and needs to be very close to use his Kamui and Kakashi lacks the stamina to last in a fight long. He can only stay intangible for 5 mins and Kakashi doesn't know that, strategic ninjas like Hashirama/Tobirama/Minato would all figure out that his Kamui wouldn't last long as Sasuke did with Danzo's Izanagi. Stamina is what takes Kakashi down the most then him going blind in at least his left eye which prevent him from sniping anyone.

Kakashi can't hit or react to Minato's and Tobirama's speed so he would burn himself out trying to hit them and failing since it doesn't matter if you could see their moves, if your body can't react then it's useless as Lee told Sasuke in part 1. Sasuke MS couldn't keep up with A speed and Sasuke speed and MS power are stronger than Kakashi who can't use the Sharingan as a Uchiha as stated by Itachi. Hashirama power took on PS+full Kurama, Kakashi PS is not close as powerful. Hashirama wood jutsus absorb chakra and can release pollen that renders you unconscious.

Naruto and Sasuke can attack from a distance until Kakashi burn out. Naruto's speed is too fast for Kakashi to actually hit him plus his clones makes it even harder; full Bijuu RS tbb will destroy PS and if Naruto attacks keep up for 5 mins then Kakashi is KO. Naruto also have the Bijuus to aid him in strategies. If Kakashi hits a clone with his Kamui shuriken then Kakashi can't go intangible without dying.

Kakashi also has Obito's chakra pool (he is the host of Obito's chakra) on top of Rikudō's chakra.

That was his old Mangekyō Sharingan, now he has a completely different one, which, as it originates from an external chakra source (Obito's chakra), does not deteriorate itself; pretty much like if it were an EMS.

Any atacks Hashirama makes: Kakashi uses kamui and get's trough it, taking no damage. Hashirama can't touch him.

At the first chance Kakashi gets to kamui snipe Hashirama, he does it and the fight is over. We already saw how fast Kakashi can perform it on objects even bigger than human bodies.

Hashirama has already beaten PS and has Sage Mode to detect Kamui. Minato has already beaten Kamui once and has BM to make PS a nonfactor. Prime Hiruzen beats both so he beats Kakashi. Tobirama is too fast with FTG. He can keep dodging and dodging to wear Kakashi out and then pick him apart.
