If you notice in that fight he had to Seal Hashirama, Tobirama, and Orochimaru Arms.

Considering Hiruzen old age and comparing him to other Kage you could say this is a powerful feat.

First off Minato comment regarding him holding HALF kurama chakra

Alright now lets look at Hiruzen using Shiki Fujin:

Based on Manga evidence we know the following

Hashirama chakra = BM Naruto chakra levels which is Naruto Uzumaki + Kurama Yang chakra combined

Tobirama chakra = Senju chakra levels that are ATLEAST higher than Madara's since he out lasted him for 24 hours.

This means that Hiruzen in his old age and being 1% of his Prime was strong enough to seal Hashirama + Tobirama + Orochimaru arms which would be like sealing BM naruto + Senju with more chakra than Madara. and still having enough strength to seal 1 more person or attempt to.

Minato was only able to withstand HALF of Kurama before his body failed him.

Hiruzen technically absorbed Senju level Chakra + Half Kurama Chakra + Uzumaki level Chakra before his body failed.

certain the points you stated might be true. But there are drawbacks in your theory too. Consider naruto knows all the jutsus of hashiraama. Naruto can use his own chakra and kurama is not sealed within him. His power would have been awesome in sage mode since he has chakra 100 times that of kakashi. His power would have been approximately as great as hashiraama. Kurama sealed in minato is a different case. Kurama is not that strong by himself but his power can be utilized amazingly by strong shinobis. Minato's body went numb because of the massive chakra of kurama. Hashiraama's chakra reserves in senjutsu is nothing compared to kurama's.
