You should not have put top 10 in as people always disagree with those but other than that I partially agree and technically speaking he can use all konoha jutsu shown so we can count in asumas chakra blade wind style, kurenais genjutsu obviously hiruzens is far superior, he can use gates and what else is there I'm sure he can use the secret clan jutsu as they serve under him and why would they keep it a secret from him? Though some jutsu like ftg I agree he likely does not know or use cause maybe it does not suit his style
