No, Nagato didnt really pwned Killer Bee and Naruto. First, they were extremelly tired and nagato was edo. Itachi cant defeat EMS Sasuke, because if itachi gave all his powers to sasuke that means that he got yata mirror.
Edo Madara just spams few meteors.
