Looking at the blond with four eyes, the Holy One would raise his resistance to pathogens while passively activating Relic of Helena and Hidden Eye. The man looks relaxed and the way his eyes are, there seem to be no emotion in them. Either the man is damn cruel or just trying too much to be unreadable. De Avaritia would not be suppressed and Zeus toothpick would be strapped to his back. The Holy One would while his hands are clenched into fists, secretly apply a seal on his own body via his fingers. This would make a red arachne form on his back.

Priest has heard about an evil being moving around this areas and though his job is to purge the world and rid it of evil, the mere look man before him almost seem as if he is targeting someone else. However, the looks in his eyes can not be overlooked so to test him out, Priest would start by creating 3 portals, one above the blonde and one each to the right and left, making three portal formations. The one to the aides would eject several weapons towards the man and his short range environs while the one above would rain down water spikes and metal slugs continuously encompassing a 10m radius from the center point which is the position of the blonde.

At the same time as creating the portal, Priest would eject two bayonets to precisely cut loose his leg weights, dropping them. Are the one the devil sent?

Description:
To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)
Note: The user has to post the technique if it isn't mentioned in the bio, but applying it doesn't count towards the normal 3 techniques per turn (Only applicable of it's used in the first turn of the battle)

A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with techniques above S rank.

Description:
A sister seal to "Cowardice of Arachne". By making contact with an object on the user or by touching the user's skin directly, the seal can be applied but would be dormant until the trigger for its activation happens. Like Arachne, the seal is also in the shape of a spider albeit this one is red unlike arachne which is black. Arachne's tasks is to devour foreign sealing scripts placed on the user. The new task is for this new Arachne to likewise, recognise any foreign barrier(which is not of the user or ally) directly touching the object or matter the seal is placed on and instantly suck/devour it within itself. However unlike the eating of sealing scripts, once Arachne devours a barrier, it immediately neutralises the barrier within itself and expel it outwards around the user as a pure defensive barrier of the user with power equivalent to the power of the barrier when devoured. Placing the seal counts as a move. Like Black Arachne, the spider can activate 3 times and though the user may suppress its automatic activation if he has other plans for the barrier. Can devour only and any fuinjutsu barrier regardless of damage threshold, though is still dependent on chakra.

Once done, the user would use each portal to summon a different object. The user would use the first portal which lies above the user to create hundreds of water spikes that rain down on the opponent as well as two big metal spikes, one on the right side of the water spikes and one on the left side of the water spikes. Simultaneously, the user would use the second and third portals to summon hundreds of different ninja tools (kunais, strings, needles, shurikens, etc..) as well as a lot of wires that the user can manipulate freely to bind or damage the opponent, leaving him at the mercy of the water and ninja tools.

Arima studied the man before him solemnly. He appeared much the fanatic, and teeming with conviction and purpose. He admired this quality, for he too wished he had enough zeal to show. Instead, Arima was something like that of a sculpted statue. His face betrayed no emotions and his body language was mute. He was but a device of eradication and nothing more. A weapon that just so happened to live and breathe. Behind his glasses he stared at the man with one eye for what seemed hours. He deliberated whether he should fight or just leave him be, but orders were orders. The CCG never makes mistakes, and if they sent him, the White Reaper of all people, to investigate a potential threat it must be for a reason.

But even so...

"Hello. My name is Arima. I'm here to interrogate you, and exterminate if necessary. I pray that you cooperate," he said softly and devoid of emotion. As usual. As he spoke, his extra-sensory perception would kick in, allowing him to feel the area around him on a manner that far surpassed the mundane. In his left hand grip was the IXA all boxed up in the likeness of an ordinary suitcase and itching to break free. But his motto was always restraint over release. And so, the weapon would stay in its dormant form while he surveyed the 'threat'.


No sooner had he spoke did he feel the area around him quake with chakra. Three pools had formed on his flanks and above him, and judging by their 'weight' he could tell something dangerous was to come. At a time like this one would worry, but Arima felt something like joy unfurl warmly in his chest. The man before him had taken offensive action. He had shown Arima that he wasn't harmless, and so eradicating him was completely and morally sound. For once, he would not be a heartless reaper but instead a purposeful one. A killer with reason. He felt the corner of his mouth crease with the suggestion of a smile. As the portals made way to attack Arima would have the earth around him spit out the most peculiar thing: an iridescent serpent composed entirely of frozen earth. It's scales were like jewels and its eyes a glossy white while its opaque body made Arima appear like a ghost as it wrapped around and over him (though it made sure not to actually touch him). Description: The most rudimentary technique of the release. By focusing Arctic Earth chakra throughout the body and/or surrounding earth the user is able to create tools and constructs made of permafrost. These can range from simple a kunai to a full length staff in terms of weaponry as well as walls, pillars, and other complex shapes. They can be formed from the earth up to mid ranged of the user and carry a certain malleable property in that, whenever the user comes in physical contact with his creations he can will them change shape and re-purpose (for example a kunai morphing into a tanto) but not rank (meaning the new tanto would remain the rank of the kunai). The size of these creatioms are directly proportional to the amount of chakra expended with S ranked variants ranging as big as the canon 'Destructive Earth Rising Pillars'. As per the properties of Arctic Earth, whenever these constructs come in contact with exposed skin it leaves it painfully frostbitten as the element is very frigid. With the seal of confrontation the user can manipulate said constructs up to long ranged of his person.

Description: This technique allows the user to take control of any preexisting or subsequent Arctic Earth structures present around him (up to mid ranged) or, by adding an extra Ram hand seal to an Arctic Earth technique being performed or mental command to ones already there, cause the structure to spontaneously explode. This will in turn lead the Arctic Earth structure to shatter voilently, spewing razor sharp shards of the element in all directions of its location, leading to anything caught in the blast radius (7m) to be reduced to ribbons. The amount and size of the shards released is proportional to the structure sacrificed. The user can also control in what manner the structures explode in the event that an omnidirectional route wouldn't be favorable. He/she may send all the shards of the expended structure in one direction instead of all around. If used as a controlled explosion then the radius is reduced to 5m. Alternatively, the user can also have only a select area of his permafrost structure explode. For example, a Golem's arm can be used to explode but the rest of the golem remains intact and under the user's control.

Arima studied the man before him solemnly. He appeared much the fanatic, and teeming with conviction and purpose. He admired this quality, for he too wished he had enough zeal to show. Instead, Arima was something like that of a sculpted statue. His face betrayed no emotions and his body language was mute. He was but a device of eradication and nothing more. A weapon that just so happened to live and breathe. Behind his glasses he stared at the man with one eye for what seemed hours. He deliberated whether he should fight or just leave him be, but orders were orders. The CCG never makes mistakes, and if they sent him, the White Reaper of all people, to investigate a potential threat it must be for a reason.

But even so...

"Hello. My name is Arima. I'm here to interrogate you, and exterminate if necessary. I pray that you cooperate," he said softly and devoid of emotion. As usual. As he spoke, his extra-sensory perception would kick in, allowing him to feel the area around him on a manner that far surpassed the mundane. In his left hand grip was the IXA all boxed up in the likeness of an ordinary suitcase and itching to break free. But his motto was always restraint over release. And so, the weapon would stay in its dormant form while he surveyed the 'threat'.


No sooner had he spoke did he feel the area around him quake with chakra. Three pools had formed on his flanks and above him, and judging by their 'weight' he could tell something dangerous was to come. At a time like this one would worry, but Arima felt something like joy unfurl warmly in his chest. The man before him had taken offensive action. He had shown Arima that he wasn't harmless, and so eradicating him was completely and morally sound. For once, he would not be a heartless reaper but instead a purposeful one. A killer with reason. He felt the corner of his mouth crease with the suggestion of a smile. As the portals made way to attack Arima would have the earth around him spit out the most peculiar thing: an iridescent serpent composed entirely of frozen earth. It's scales were like jewels and its eyes a glossy white while its opaque body made Arima appear like a ghost as it wrapped around and over him (though it made sure not to actually touch him). The Holy one grins as the blonde forms a white serpent to defend his assault, he was glad and disappointed at the same time. Disappointed with the fact that the man did not just allow himself to get hit and save the Holy One the trouble of wasting his energy. He was glad though that the blonde is not weak.

As the serpent emerges to block the rain of weapons, Priest would increase the vibration of his lightning chakra so that his lightning techniques for the next five turns would increase in power exponentially and as the serpent spew forth blades towards him, would erect a lightning armor around his body while using the speed gained from releasing his leg weights to run towards the serpent and it's master head on. The Holy one would be upon the duo almost immediately, punching through and destroying the serpent while also punching the Blonde and paving a hole through his torso after breaking through the serpent. He would also swipe at his neck, separating the head from the neck in a swift fluid motion.

Description: The user must be a Master Raiton User. With this the user can increase the frequency of his Lightning Chakra and with it, make an object that has more penetrative force then that of a Fuuton technique. Killer Bee's lightning prowess is so great, he can even charge weak but sharp pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

Description: The user will gather lightning chakra throughout their body, and release it on the edge of the users skin all at once. This creates a unique armor of extreme condensed electricity for the user with random electrical wires appear out of it the armor that extends up to short range radius of the user. This doesn't add to Taijutsu but gives a more unique pain and method of attack, numbing on first contact and paralyzing on prolonged contact. Metal weapons will be shredded against the armor as well. Specific usages come along with the armor as well. Defensively, when touching things of solidity, no matter the size, the electricity will be. able to ravage along the body, conducting through it, and destroy it to pieces, this makes golems in contact with the opponent vulnerable, roots of wood destroyed with ease, and steel cages less of a threat (this costs a move and is A-Rank) and extends up to the size of the construct it is negating no matter the size, this ability activates whenever the material touches the armor, even when the user is unable to notice the attack. Also, the electricity will prevent earth (KG and CE as well) to be created under the user and their short range radius for the electricity will negate it before its creation/usage (passive) due to the electrical wires created with the armor discharging lightning into the ground. The user can also create electrical whips out of their limbs that are heavily condensed able to restrict the opponent, swing around areas or slice through material/flesh that extend up to mid range. The user can shape the threads to create various tools like spears, spikes, walls, spheres, etc to aid for various purposes, using a hand seal will allow the user to release these weapons as a projectiles (count as a move and is A-Rank). The user can create up to eight constructs at most (with the use of one hand seal) with the power of this technique being split accordingly. While active, the user can only use Lightning and non-elemental abilities. The user will be able to deactivate it mentally with no time wasted. Due to the stress of the electricity the user will be unable to use Taijutsu above C-Rank for three turns, only applicable when armor is active for all 4 turns.
