Kisame has samehada. Alive itachi healthy and full chakra.

IMO Naruto, high difficulty.

kisame and itachi are a good combo. itachi can paralyze and kisame can drain however genjustu wont work on naruto because genjustu dont work on jinchurikis and samehada would not be able to eat all of nine tails chakra so id say naruto high diff

First of naruto's chakra will make water evaporate like GUY. And itachi cant use genjutsu. Naruto is the best at close range and Wind Style. He windss agaimst lighting and water bro!!

Kisame can hide behind Itachis susanno. Kisame has the ability to take out chakra. Naruto will have to rely on Bm mode. Once the 5 minutes are up he's screweed. Naruto is not completely immune to genjutsu. It will take time for the Kyuubi to react to genjutsu and if you don't think Itachi wont take advantage of that gtttttffffooooo

40 km clones is a bit much and the more clones the less powerfull. As for shadow clone spam. I have little worry Itachi and kisame would make light work on their clones. Kisame being able to asorb the chakra would just make him stronger. Why wouldn't genjutsu work on clones again?

Let's see Samehada sucks up some of Naruto's chakra In KM mode since he has more chakra than Kisame Samehada might betray Kisame. Itachi would have a problem with Naruto's speed definitely.

So now its all down to Itachi vs Naruto. Idk about that
