[Suggestion] Prediction of the month contest?

Title says it all. Same fomat as other " Of the month" contestd. As a predictionist I think something like this would be awesome! Other amazing predictionists like Byron123, Sparks, -ahhimane-, KCMNaruto etc would probably be thrilled if this happens aswell.

Yeah, I mean there would be like an application thread, and like first 10 that apply would go into vote poll. It should be done near the end of the month, so ppl can apply 2-3 of their predictions
